For the first time in two years more people are leaving their jobs than are being laid off. This is great news for the economy. It’s bad news for employers who have mistreated their employees for the last few years. I’ve heard a lot of stories about how workers have been jerked around by their bosses since the recession started. Some of the tales I’ve heard are almost unbelievable. Some workers were made to do the job of two or even three people and took a pay cut for the privilege. They worked 60 hours per week or more and weren’t paid overtime. Why did they stay? Obviously, if they left they wouldn’t be able to find other work. This is just dead wrong on the part of employers. How dare they do things like this to their employees?! It just makes me fume. BTW, you can post your tale of employer abuse in the comment section.
Because of these abuses and the market finally getting back on its feet, workers are saying “enough” and leaving. Hurray for the masses and hurray for the economic improvement. We can all sigh collectively with relief now. But wait!Get Paid Taking Surveys online survey online surveys best paid surveys
